Digital item. Because vouchers are, effectively, money, no physical voucher is sent. You will be emailed a link to print off the voucher, if you wish, or to forward the voucher to the intended recipient via email.

If you would like a printed voucher to be posted to your loved one, please purchase our Secret Santa service which helps us cover the cost of admin, printing, packing and shipping.

Summer 2023: we ship Monday-Friday, excluding Wednesday. The order cutoff is 12pm.

Due to a large number of delayed items, we are now shipping all orders over £25 as Tracked 24/48.

The vast majority of our orders are arriving on time, however, please allow 3 weeks for domestic orders and 6 weeks for international, due to ongoing delays due to Covid.
